FAQ

Do I have to pay anything when I book?

There is a $150 non-refundable retainer due at the time of booking. This amount does go toward the total cost of the booth rental. 

What happens after booking and paying the retainer?

Once you've secured your date by paying the retainer, the total amount due must be paid, in full, by 2 weeks before the event date. Our service contract will have to be signed. This will be provided to you online and you'll be able to sign it online, as well. If you have chosen any custom services, either as part of your chosen package or as an add-on, a questionnaire will be provided to you. This will give us an idea of what you're looking for so that custom elements can be created to your liking. A mock up of the element ordered will be emailed to you as soon as they are created. These must be approved by one week prior to the event or a standard option will be chosen. Due to the misstep not being on the part of Coastal Bliss Snaptique, no refund will be provided in such a case. Discussions will also need to take place regarding booth placement and resources that will be available on the day of the event. 

What is a boomerang? 

A boomerang is short looping video that depicts an action in forward and reverse. 

What is a Gif? 

A Gif is a series of still photos that depict an action when played in sequence. 

How much space will be needed to have a booth?

An 8 foot by 8 foot floor space is required. This space encompasses the booth, a backdrop, and a table. Please contact before booking if that amount of space won't be available to see if accommodations can be made. A larger space will need to be available for outdoor events to accommodate a 10 foot by 10 foot tent to protect the booth from outside elements. 

What resources will need to be available to have a booth? 

​Power will be provided to streamline the setup and minimize cords on the floor around the booth. At least 1 110V outlet within 15 feet of the booth location is requested as a backup. This will ensure the ability to continue to provide service in the event of an unforeseen technical issue with the provided power source. Wi-Fi is necessary both for digital image delivery and printing capabilities, if that option is ordered. We do provide our own hotspot to run our setup on. We do request Wi-Fi be available, again, as a backup in the event of an unforeseen technical issue with our hotspot. In the event no internet is available, please be aware that digital delivery will be delayed up to 24 hours until the booth can be connected to the internet. 

How many hours can I rent a booth for? What if we're having too much fun at the event and I'd like to extend the rental? Is there a minimum number of hours I can rent a booth? 

How many hours would you like it for? Extra hours can be added to your package at the time of booking up until the day before your event, as availability allows.

Extra hours added during the event will be allowed if the booth has the availability to do so at an increased rate from the published rate on this site. 
There is a minimum of 2 hours for a digital booth, and 3 hours for a booth setup with printing. This minimum includes any add-ons that will add time to your rental. For example, the Paddle package includes up to 2 hours of standard booth operation. You can opt to have the standard booth operation for 2 hours and choose to add on (at the stated additional cost) an hour of the video guestbook. That would bring the total running time to 3 hours, at which point you would meet the minimum for prints (which would be an add-on at an additional cost for the Paddle package).
